it has been 1 year since i start exercising goal was 170lbs at 8% body fat. Current status is 150lbs at 12% body fat. starting at 135lbs at 27% body fat. Never realize how hard it is to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. i been on low carb diet for 6months now, my daily carbs intake 15-30g a day. calories in take 2500-3000. gym 5times a week, 1hr of intense lift and 20min cardio to finish off. my bodybuilding progress can be seen here [link]
